Andrea has provided clients with forward thinking ideas, strategies and tactics for over 23 years. As a marketing strategist and
trend forecaster she understands the nuances and needs of clients and consumers.
Andrea's expertise is a combination of agency and entrepreneurial experience. She began her career in event marketing, creating and producing celebrity-driven events, and for the last 10 years has specialized in business development, diversity initiatives, and designing new media marketing communications plans.
Andrea has worked with BMW of North America, Mercedes-Benz, Alliance Capital Management, 20th Century Television, Hispanic Civil Rights Organization - National Council of La Raza, ABC’s American Latino Media Arts Awards, Hachette Filipacchi Magazine, actor Jon Seda, Gibson Musical Instruments, NASCAR Café, Sony Electronics, Scholastic, UPTOWN Magazine, and others.
Andrea’s luxury automotive experience includes work on the Mercedes-Benz account where she was involved in evaluating a multi-million dollar event-marketing budget at a time when they were shifting the brand towards a younger audience. Andrea also designed the entertainment strategy that included several diversity tactics. Andrea’s diversity consulting work helped a prominent NYC law firm win a landmark diversity case for a cigarette client.
Ivan is an advertising, marketing and communications specialist with over 20 years' of experience in the strategic development,
design, and execution of targeted merchandising and promotional programs.
Ivan has a successful track record of building brand equity and generating product trial, resulting in incremental sales that
have continuously exceeded the plan. He has also served on corporate innovation teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend new
business development strategies and best practices.
As the first Director of Ethnic Marketing at the Coors Brewing Company, Ivan established the template and methodology for
advertising and retail marketing development based upon a strategic platform and keen consumer insights.
Urban Event Marketing
Troy is a specialist within the urban and “Generation X/Y” marketplaces and ran several divisions for Sony Music for 10 years.
Troy was responsible for marketing and promoting artist such as Michael
Jackson, Sade, Shabba Ranks, Luther Vandross, Snoop Dogg and others. As a marketing specialist for over 18 years, his areas of
expertise include product placement, guerilla marketing and event planning. He has worked with Adidas, Atlantic Records, Coke,
Carver Bank, EA Sports, Grand-marnier, Lacoste, Michael Bloomberg, Nike, President Bill Clinton, Pontiac, Pepsi, Sony,
Seagram’s and Tanqueray. Mr. White is a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of Howard University 1988

Michael a business professional with experience in the
fields of marketing, finance and strategic planning.
For the past three
years Michael served as the Chief Strategic Officer of an international
resort developer where his primary focus revolved around the acquisition of
new properties, product development, pricing /profitability and strategic
management. With over ten years of business experience, Mr. Netta has gained
valuable insights in the areas of strategic market analysis and management.
Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Netta served as a Product Manager for
a New Jersey-based Property & Casualty insurer, where he focused on all
phases of product management, and as a strategic planning analyst for a
Fortune 100 company.
Michael earned his Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers Business
School, where he has also served as an adjunct professor in the
undergraduate marketing program since 2003. He received a Bachelors of
Science degree in finance from Rutgers University in 1997.
Valerie has worked on many celebrity-driven projects, including Music Industry Power Lunch, Politicians and
Musicians, and the Leonard Marshall Football Academy.
Based in South Florida, Valerie has been an integral part of HMC for over 10 years. Her experience began with us in Nashville, TN,
while working on celebrity-driven events and sponsorships. She is now an Account Supervisor, overseeing market research for our
clients and projects. Recently, Valerie was part of the HMC research team that helped to win the landmark Kool Cigarettes law
suit. She is our adored "methodical" right brain, providing business solutions on projects that require a high degree of
Animation Specialist and
Karen has recently joined HMC bringing in animation as one of today’s most
powerful forms of digital art.
She develops a vast range of media, including traditional cartoons, TV motion
graphics, webisodes, website intros, animated Flash presentations, animated
banners, and online games. Karen's past work has included projects with CNBC,
Asterisk Animation, French Tuesdays, Data Positive, and Time Warner Cable. Karen
has a BFA in Media Studies from the Columbus College of Art and Design.
Public Relations Specialist
Lewis Fein is public relations specialist with extensive experience in the
fields of consumer goods, technology, entertainment and hospitality.
with early stage companies as well as notable brands, securing media coverage in
trade, alternative and mainstream outlets including: People, USA Today, ABC
Radio, Washington Post, Fortune, BusinessWeek and The Wall Street Journal, among
others. Lewis holds an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and a law
degree from the Emory University School of Law.
Deanna Minnich is a multifaceted project manager with over 14 years of experience in a variety of roles that span marketing communications, sales, research, analytics and product development.
Deanna’s experience includes sales, marketing and project management roles at Eli Lilly and at Wilton Industries she held the position of associate product manager.
As a talented designer, copywriter and editor, Deanna also has experience in web design and web marketing and is known for her calming Midwestern yet “get it done” attitude. Deanna graduated from Indiana State University where she earned a Master’s in Business Administration after receiving an undergraduate degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry.
Web & Multi-Media Consultant
Bill is a 20-year veteran of the design and advertising business. His specialties are web design, print design, and multi-media
design. He has held positions with the New York Times and Miller Freeman / CMP (among others). Some of Bill's past clients have
included Met Life, City of New York, K-mart, Teen People, and Atlantic Records.
